This bright, spacious, luxurious home is quiet and peaceful... you would never believe that it's walking distance to amazing shopping in Beverly Hills, Robertson Blvd, West Hollywood, and the Beverly Center. Tons of great restaurants (the Ivy, Matsuhisa, CPK, Locanda Veneta) also walking distance. Seriously, it's all just steps away! Nestled between Beverly Hills, West Hollywood and Los Angeles, exciting yet serene and family-oriented. We are environmentally conscious and therefore have energy-efficient appliances and a solar-heated pool. The house offers two bedrooms, 1.5 bath--recently redone with hand-made french tile, huge shower with glass doors. There is a pool cabana, with a queen size bed and a full bathroom. The house has a big, bright and comfortable formal living room with Baby Grand Piano and fireplace, formal dining room, breakfast room, and the kitchen is recently remodeled with top of the line Miele Appliances. The washer and dryer are also Miele.

  • Master Bathroom is completely redone. It has beautiful imported hand-made tile and wood paneling. It is a bright and unique bathroom. We also have a half/guest mini bath room with a sink and a toilet. The guest house has an adorable bathroom and a kitchenette.

And, the house is walking distance to Cedar Sinai Hospital as well as some of the hottest restaurants, shopping, and museums in los angeles.

We are 6 guys from Sweden who rented the house and the pool-house for a week in Oct - Nov 2007 and we are fully satisfied. Proper Miele-machinery and the place of the house where it was comfortable to walk to restaurants etc was very much appreciated

It’s impossibly hard to leave this place! Infact, I felt this way as soon as I arrived! It’s such a nourishing place for the soul; a feast for the eyes and an oasis of calm and beauty. The love and attention that has gone into every room design, every flower arrangement, every placement of books on the coffee table is palpable. From the moment I opened the first garden gate, heard the waterfall and saw the lush gardens, the exceptional energy of this place touched me. It’s more than a place to stay – it’s a resting spot, a haven, a soul home, a Beverly Hills gem.
