Ideal location for a visit to the core of Montreal without the need to use public transportation. The unit also has indoor heated parking for the unit. Available weekly, monthly. Great location also for executives here for a limited weekly/monthly time period. Very close to all downtown offices. Very large grocery store recently opened right across the street; includes bakery, fresh food court, beer, wine and all grocery products A1.  For later hours - convenience store in building.

Other sites and activities can be reached via the intricate subway system which is also an easy walk away. The condo is brand new and impeccably furnished and clean. You won't be missing anything!

The Perfect Montreal Home Base

We were in Montreal for a week while attending a conference at Palais des Congres (10-15 minute easy walk from the condo). This place was ideal. We looked forward to coming "home" each evening to this comfortable, thoughtfully appointed space.

The unit overlooks the raised gardens, which are surrounded by other tall condo buildings, making it extremely quiet at all hours of the day. The building is well built and we heard no noise from units above or next door. Having the washer/dryer in unit was a treat. The bathroom has a full, deep tub/shower. Everything is clean. The bed was comfortable and the linens soft. The owners are very friendly and give you the information you need to settle into Montreal right away.

There are several restaurants within a block or two of the condo. The grocery store across the street is excellent. Lots of fresh produce, a good selection of prepared fresh foods to take home. We ate in several nights, thanks to Metro Plus.

If you are planning a visit to Montreal with a car, you definitely want to find a place that offers a designated parking space like this one does. I can't imagine how stressful it would have been to find somewhere to park our car each day in the city. The indoor parking space that comes with this unit is a huge plus.

We recommend this property highly and will absolutely stay here again if our travels bring us back to Montreal for a week or more.

A Great Place to Stay in Montreal

My wife and I spent two weeks in Montreal over the Christmas season to celebrate our daughter's wedding and to spend Christmas with family and friends. Although family and friends invited us to stay with them, we sought more privacy and flexibility, without concern of inconveniencing others. The condo was a perfect base near the downtown core, affording easy access to our activities while giving us the space and flexibility (e.g. preparing our meals) that a hotel would not have provided.

The condo is well situated within walking distance of downtown and Old Montreal attractions. It is spacious, clean, well decorated and quiet. An excellent grocery store is located just across the street. The laundry facilities in the condo and indoor parking were appreciated. The kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed to prepare and serve food. Also, several restaurants are within easy walking distance.

The owners (Dorothy and Silvano) were very helpful in facilitating our reservation and check-in.

We will stay there again when visiting Montreal for a week or more and highly recommend this place to others looking for a convenient "home base" if planning a similar stay.

Great Location, Honest,polite Owner.

We live in London, United Kingdom and were getting married in Montreal so needed an apartment to give us the freedom and privacy the hotel cannot provide.We were lucky enough to get in contact with the owner who was very helpful and accomodating to us before,during and after our stay. He actually has a video and photography production company and ended up being our wedding photographer!

The Place was in an excellent location. 5 minutes by car to the hustle and bustle of downtown yet you can come back to peace and quite. The apartment was spacious,clean and well maintained with all the modern day amenities. the garage was an added plus(no parking tickets or waiting for valets to get your car)

I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a hassle free,fun-filled stay at a reasonable price. Much preferable than a hotel if you are planning on staying more than a week in Montreal.
