This home has everything you need for a vacation on Martha's Vineyard. With 1600 square feet of living space, It is a bright airy contemporary charmingly furnished with a sky lighted living room with cable TV, DVD, fireplace and comfortable furniture. It also has a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, a first floor queen sized bedroom opening to a deck, second floor queen size bedroom and a double twin bedroom opening to a deck. Large deck in front of house with Weber gas grill and umbrella table which seats six. It's nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac which is near the bike path and close to beach, restaurants, and Edgartown. Linens and towels are provided. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and pails and shovels for the kids also provided, along with outside shower for after the beach. Perfect for a family vacation.

This property is located near the Joseph Sylvia State Beach Park which is the ideal beach for families with small children and for people who like to swim. The beach is separated from the road by dunes and has low surf. It's also close to the heart of downtown Edgartown and just off the bike path which connects to all the bike paths on the Vineyard. The house is very bright and comfortable with sliders to the decks on a wooded lot.
