This beautiful 5 bedroom home, with game room, has plenty of space and is near so many activities for all ages - golf, tennis, swimming, kayaking, sailing, boating, jet skiing,fishing, crabbing,nature trails, beach, shopping, restaurants, and so much more. The resort provides weekend shuttle service to the beach from Memorial Day to Labor day. Leave the driving and parking to someone else. Bayside Resort Golf Club is Delaware's first Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course. You can find salt marshes, meadows, and woodlands which make the course a one of a kind experience and providing which tee box you use uniquely different. Bayside made Golfweek's Top 50 new course list! Read about it in the October 28th, 2006 issue and Golfweek online. Completed this year is a playground area for children to include a great carousel. Also, the Harris Teeter Grocery Store, at the entrance to the community, is open.

Our home is located just 2 blocks from Sun Ridge Tennis and Recreation Center* where you will find a recreation center with locker rooms, fitness facility, Sun Ridge Grille snack bar, 4,000 sq ft outdoor pool with separate whirlpool, kids' Splash Zone, 5 Har-Tru tennis courts, picnic area and playground. *Amenities fee, optional, but required for use of pool/shuttle etc. Fees vary with season. Community also has a new playground for children to include a great carousel. Harris Teeter Grocery store, at entrance to the community, is open.
