The Cozy Cottage was fully updated in 2006. All new windows and doors, new paint, new carpets, new kitchen and all new appliances. Living room has a large wood stove for cold winter days and cool fall nights. Wireless internet an option! Large TV with VCR/DVD Player and stereo with CD player. Full cable service. Kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking supplies, coffee maker, toaster, microwave. Top and bottom, front load washer and dryer. Deck has furniture and gas grill. Village offers several lakes for fishing and boating. Closest lake is approx. 500yds. Beach has life guarded swimming area with soft sand and gentle sloped bottom. Swimming dock for jumping. Concession stand with snacks and drinks. bathrooms, shuffleboard, horseshoes, Basketball courts, tennis courts. Winter offers ice fishing, ice skating on cleared pond, Tubing hill, Private ski hill with T-bar lift.

  • Must be 21 to rent
  • In most cases a $250 security deposit is required. If a cleaning is necessary, the funds will be taken from security deposit. In most cases this is $50.
  • The Village requires adults to purchase Guest Badges to use the Village amenities such as the beaches, lakes, ski or sledding hills. They charge $6 per person /day, $30 per person per week. Vehicles are required to be registered as well. There is no fee to register your vehicle.
