Only a few minutes to downtown Palm Springs and casinos. Gorgeous front yard desert-scape and private backyard planted with mature citrus trees -- loaded with fruit in winter, fragrant with blossoms in Spring. Fantastic view of mountains in the West for amazing sunsets and cloud shows. We are just around the corner from the Mesquite County Club and just south of Tommy Jacobs Bel Air Greens golf course. Our street and backyard face a spectacular view of the San Jacinto mountains. Area is very quiet and private and gets very little traffic. Across the street from this house is a lovely green park with two well maintained tennis courts where you can play at night. Just a few minutes drive away is downtown Palm Springs with its galleries, restaurants, night life and casinos. It's a warm and tranquil piece of paradise.

  • $1400 a week during peak season, Jan 1 through May 31
    $1250 in shoulder season, October 1 through December 18
    $900 a week in off season except for Labor Day and July 4
    $2000 a week between 12/18 and 1/1 and weeks that include Easter, Coachella Music Fest
    $900 for a three night weekend in peak season, only between gaps
    $5,000 a month in peak season. 4200 a month in shoulder season plus projected utilities of 600.00 for pool, spa heating with possible refund for guests who conserve energy.
    $3200 a month in off season.
    $700 for a three night weekend in off season
  • From 900 to 2000 a week plus taxes and cleaning fee.

Notes: Small to medium dogs are welcome that are housebroken, quiet, flea-free, don't chew. This house has solar powered electricity with conventional back up as well as a solar pool heater. Utilities costs for monthly renters are much lower. Projected utilities from Fall to Spring are 150.00 a week which includes pool and spa heating. We will provide copies of our utility bills to monthly renters and refund any differences which are very likely if guests are good about energy saving. We like providing a 'green' experience for our guests which includes a water saving cactus garden for the front yard. For October of this year and the second week of December, we are offering a discount rate of 1050.00 a week plus taxes and cleaning fee.

Every amenity you could want and beautiful art work as well. The smell of the citrus trees as we sat by the pool was so nice. The location is quiet and free from drive by traffic.
