First time to Cabo

Went to Cabo San Lucas for the very first time a few months ago and I must admit it was absolutely fabulous. I stayed in a 2-bedroom suite located right in the middle of town. Everything was within walking distance. The suite is immaculate and was very much like home. There were plasma TV's in each bedroom and one in the living room. The kitchen was completely stocked with dishes and pots and pans. The shower in the guest bathroom is big enough to have a party in, lol! Polished marble floors throughout and stone countertops in the kitchen. Outside the suite was a balcony with a barbecue and where you could sit and enjoy the karoke sounds of the "wanna be singers" at Esteban's. It is actually quite funny to listen to.

Downstairs there is a coffee shop where you can get your favorite coffee drink or pastry. The marina is right out the back door and from there you can catch a water taxi that will take you across the water to Lover's Beach, Medano Beach or Land's End where you can swim and sun on the beach. You can also watch the sea lions that have gathered on the rocks. If you are lucky you may also see a school of dolphins nearby.

After a day of sun and fun it was nice to come back to a place that really felt like home. The beds are the most comfortable ever and I guarantee that good night's rest will be had.

I will definitely book this suite again on future visits to Cabo.

Nice condo for nightlife and young adults....

If you are looking for a view of the marina from the terrace, this is not the place. All 3 terraces look at either the side street or the walkway to the coffeeshop. This is a great location for young adults who like the nightlife, etc. Sitting outside on the terraces you get extremely dusty. We did find watching the local young men help guide cars to park and then wash the cars quite entertaining. If you like the beach and want to be able to just "walk to the beach", forget this property. You cannot catch a water taxi near this property. You must walk quite a ways to get the water taxi. We found walking to Medano Beach just as fast.
The condo itself is beautiful. There are no IPods, so bring your own. Having the washer and dryer in the unit was wonderful, but there is not any instructions on how to use it...it's all in Spanish. The beds are King size..extra extra firm, great for bad backs!! There is no bedding for the fold out sofas, but plenty of sheets. Lots of towels, and bought extra beach towels. If you like to cook, which we did, there is only 2 skillets, medium and small. No cookie sheet or baking pans at all and no directions on how to use the oven or broiler. But, it all worked and we managed!! The location of this condo is great for young adults who like being close to all the night life. It is not for relaxing, sitting out the terrace and looking out over the marina.

Labor Day Weekend 2008

This place has it all! Very roomy, comfortable, clean, huge walk-in showers, FULLY stocked and applianced..even dish satellite TV for the kids. The bedroom suites are large and everything seemed recently remodeled with no expenses spared (very tastefully decorated with local works of art). This is the sort of place you would be happy just spending time in, grilling and dining on your own private balcony. The property has it's own pool, hot tub, exercise room, elevator and full-time security with a very special rooftop area for private functions. There is even a coffee shop located steps away from the front door for friendly lattes and internet access. This condo is a perfect launching pad for exploring the area as it is situated literally just around the corner from Cabo's prime leisure area. We walked down to the marina often; in addition to picturesque views, it is loaded with great places to eat, drink, shop and enjoy the nightlife (an easy stroll to the world famous Cabo Wabo). I cannot wait to return and will definately book this awesome vacation property again!

Beautiful Suite! Home Away from Home!

This suite is spectacular, both in view and accommodations. It is close to everything you could possibly want to experience in beautiful Cabo San Lucas. Everything is available and included in this suite! No need for a rental car as you are within walking distance of many wonderful restaurants, little outdoor cantinas for sipping margaritas, the marina, or the beach. It is very clean and comfortable, with 2 beautiful terraces, and all of the amenities, including a fitness center! We didn't care if we ever left the comforts of the suite, we had everything! I have been to Cabo many times and this was one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. I can't wait to go back! Again and again!

We had the most awsome vacation we've ever had!! the suite was clean..Beautiful, Everything was there..Didn't even have to leave the suite. But the restaurants the nightlife so close.We were treated like royalty everywhere we went.Having our coffee on the terrace and overlooking the water was to die for!! The suite is spacious,clean,very well maintained,Can't wait to go back. We were there the middle of March and so looking foreward to returning to the same property! What a GORGEOUS place to go...
