The 2-story adjacent studio has a finished music room on ground floor, rustic 2nd floor. Beautifully situated amongst rolling hills, farms, lakes, historic homes. 15 min. from Great Barrington, 20 min. from Hudson, NY, 35 min. from Tanglewood.

My husband and I stayed for a weekend. We liked it so much, we asked the owner if we could stay another day. While we decided not to stay in order to beat traffic, we would have easily stayed there a few more days. The cottage is very comfortable, well equipped, quiet and is extremely bright (large windows with views 1. on the garden, 2. on woods). This is a perfect place for those who want to escape everything, about 45 minutes away from the Catskills.

My husband and I stayed here, and it was just as advertised, except that it looks better in real life than in the pictures. The house is very well-maintained and cared for, gets lots of light, has a nice kitchen, and is great for a couple. The owner is also extremely nice and helpful if you have questions. We also enjoyed the location - a very quiet and peaceful area, but not too far to lots of nice towns and cultural events in the Berkshires.
