Come enjoy our centrally located family condo at Northstar resort. You and the kids can walk to the pool and recreation center without crossing any streets in 10 minutes on a trail in the forest. Ski back to the condo from the slopes. Relax on two decks with open space views of aspens and pines. Come in and warm up by the fireplace. This condo is convenient in so many ways. Drive from the San Francisco Bay Area or Sacramento. Fly in and it's only 45 minutes from Reno airport. Once you get here, you're only 15 minutes from Lake Tahoe or historic Truckee. If you can stand giving up your ski back location, it's only 30 minutes to Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows or Diamond Peak at Incline Village.

But you probably won't want to leave. You'll be only 600 yards from the gondola, the village (including Starbucks!), or the heated outdoor pool and recreation center (access card included with your rental). You can walk or take the free shuttle bus. Soak in one of 3 spas, use the gym or one of 10 tennis courts. The kids will love the new play water features. Hike or mountain bike the local trails. A few minutes drive and you're at the equestrian center or the golf course.

After a full day of outdoors fun, you'll need some rest. The bottom floor of the condo has two bedrooms and a full bathroom. One has two twin beds; the other has a queen. The middle floor has the kitchen, dining area and living room with sleeper couch. The private top floor has the master bedroom with queen bed and it's own bathroom. We were here August 1-8. Beautiful weather, ranging
from warm to cool. Great hikes: rested at Sawmill Lake
and saw an eagle there! The condo was was a
wonderful refuge. Great to have a computer we could
do searches on. Very clean and comfortable all
around. A memorable visit we would like to repeat.

We had a fantastic week at the condo. It was very clean and cosy and had everything that we needed, and more. The location was perfect for our ski week and being able to ski back was a big plus. The shuttle buses worked well or just a 5 min walk up to the village and rec club facilities. We would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

We stayed in this beautifully appointed condo with 7 people. There was plenty of room and spotlessly clean!! A great family place. We enjoyed a well-stocked kitchen and nice views. Also, the rec center, newly remodeled, an awesome place to hang out with kids after a long day of hiking!
