The home is professionally decorated and different rooms have been featured in Cottage Style Magazine. There are two large porches that overlook the community pool and tennis court. It is a short walk (1 block) to the private beach (across Route 1) with life guard on duty. Bethany Beach is a fun, family beach resort with a close proximity to the Ocean City and Rehoboth Beach nightlife. Rehoboth Beach outlets (approx. 130 outlets) is a mere 15 miles north.

What a Wonderful Week!

My husband, three sons and their spouses and 5 grandchilren ( 2 in pack 'n plays) spent a week (some less time) at this incredible home. It is unbelievably lovely and wonderfully stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses, cooking and serving items. The two large porches offer a wonderful additional area to spend time and the upstairs one even has two different tables & chairs in addition to the couches. The pool, right across the street was an added bonus. All of us loved it!

A bonus was that we could visit Lewes within 30 min., Rehoboth within 15 min. and Ocean City within around 25min. (we didn't drive to OC). Lots of choices on what to do in the evenings or as a break in the later afternoon.

we had an amazing time

My family and I rented this house with another family. We had the most fabulous time. The house was absolutely perfect. It was exactly like the pictures and even more beautiful in person. We had 5 children ranging from 9 -15 and they were so happy. The pool, tennis court, and the dock were perfect. The beach was like having our own personnel beach. Look forward to renting again next year.

My siblings and I rented this property to surprise my father for his 70th birthday, July 23, 2009.

There were 13 people and we had plenty of room. The description of the location and layout were exact. The property was very clean and very well maintained The owner was very helpful, answering all of my questions that I had regarding the property, parking, distance to the beach and anything else I wanted to know.

My son flew in from Houston, Texas and she provided me with information as to what airports were closest to Bethany Beach and how long of a communte we would have to the Baltimore or Philadelphia airports.

I would recommend ths property to a friend and if I were to vacation in Bethany again, which I hope to do in the future, I would hope this poperty would be avaliable for us to stay again.

She describes it to a tee when she says charming coastal cottage!
