Best vacation yet!!!

Me and six college friends stayed here for a week and it was wonderful. Steve is the best. He made sure we didn't want for anything. Even though it's right in the heart of Sobe, we had our privacy. No loud neighbors at 7am coming in from a long night!!! Only challenge was we arrived too early the the cleaning service wasn't finish with our townhouse, but Steve let us crash in another home while we waited!!!! I loved the rooftop, that's were I spend majority of my time while we were at the house. Overall, great place to be. Beware though. Start workout now because the stair are no joke!!!!!!!!!!!

We stayed last summer and I'm soooo upset we can't stay this summer!! I'm just holding on...hoping for a cancellation!! This house was beutiful. Everything we needed! Lots of Space, Very Cozy & inviting!! Hope to get back to the Claris one day soon!!! Hi Kieth!

Great Location

My friends and I stayed here to celebrate my 30ith birthday. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The location was perfect, we were in walking distance to the beach and nightlife was a short cab drive away. Steve was amazing, any issue we had he fixed immediately. I strongly recommend staying in this town home. I will stay here each time I come to South Beach.

Firstly the position of the townhome was excellent, a short stroll to Big Pinks/Big Als for breakfast and a 10 minute walk to the awesome Ocean Drive with its array of restaurants and bars.
The communication with the rentor was very good and Steve met us at the home to show us the layout etc....and some interesting tips on the area.
I would thoroughly recommend this property for all ages,families and groups, the only downside is the 5 floors to the home , if you were going to the beach and staying on the top floor leaving something behind was not an option , this apart would not stop me renting again .

What a great place to spend a 30th birthday! ... What you see in the pictures is what you get, beautiful place with a spectacular rooftop...all the amenities you can ask for...My friends and I enjoyed the fact that we didn't need a car the whole time and everything is either a short walk or a quick cab ride away...
