  • This unique bathroom flows directly from the bedroom area and allows easterly breezes to sweep through the bedroom. Double headed outdoor shower can truly double your fun. Double vanity allows each guest to have plenty of work and storage space. Plenty of light in this and all our bathrooms as we designed the lighting to be cool during the day but like a Broadway Opening at night. Most of our light fixtures are on dimmers. 'How can you get your mascara correct unless you have enough light?' Elise lamented when we rented elsewhere on Anguilla. Electricity is so expensive on the island that many location keep lighting to a minimum but not at Grand Outlook Castle.

  • Huge Master Bedroom with both sunrise and sunset patios. One for morning sun the other for the evening sunsets. Views from this bedroom are breathtaking and you can see well about the island. Ceiling fan and fully air conditioned for your comfort as all our bedrooms are. This bedroom is actually is 78 feet in length from the end of one patio to the other; you could walk laps in this room! King size bed with chair and a chair with ottoman. A great bedroom to read and relax! Outdoor shower has two separate heads and water controls. No one gets cold and you can comfortably entertain while watching the sunset, expansive view or stars. Two large walk-in closets for plenty of storage space during your stay. Plus a 2.0 cu. ft. floor safe for secure storage of any valuables you many bring. Armoire has 26' Plasma TV and extensive DVD library. The TV is there but... you don't have to be exposed. Our staff can create any configuration you choose; full TV & Video, Video only OR neither at all.

Children are welcome and we provide a Safety Turtle pool alarm and a secure play area just off the main deck. First floor living is easy for the elderly members. First floor bedrooms have level access to the pool, outdoor grille/dining areas, living room with three steps to the kitchen/dining areas. Communication! Is very important when you are a distance from home. You have castle wide WI-FI access. Plus, The Castle comes with an international cell phone. You can receive and make calls anywhere on the island. Rates per minute to the US are very reasonable at $.336 day, $.299 evenings & $.261 on weekends. It's a pay as you go phone so you can easily manage your cost by only adding the money you want to spend. Money runs out, no calls go out but all incoming calls are Free! It's saved us hundreds of dollars!! We do ask and require ALL smoking be conducted out of doors

A taste of heaven

I was so impressed with the prompt attention and expertise Paul and Elise provided for our trip. They found the best times for us to travel, the cheapest airfare, cell phones were provided on the island to use, car rentals, cooks if we wanted them. Every detail they thought of and gave you the option and suggestions as to how to acquire it. So professional, and so easy.
The castle(which it truly is) is exquisite. The thought and care went into every detail. From the gourmet kitchen to the outdoor showers nothing lacked for detail.
We would and have recommended this property for all who want to taste a bit of heaven .
We never left the castle the entire time of our 7 day stay except for 30 minutes to get groceries. There really is no need to leave if you truly want a romantic getaway.
This is a getaway of a lifetime.

Spectacular is the only way to describe this vacation villa. The panormaic views are second to none. We spent countless hours pool side after days at the island beaches. The villa is spacious and lacks nothing for amenities. We used 3 of the 4 bedrooms. Each had it's own balcony and bathroom and ours had an outdoor shower which was a noce touch. The pictures don't do enough justice to what you'll experience. And the island itself is as wonderful as the villa.

Favorite Vacation in the Caribbean

Everything was spectacular. We absolutely loved the island, and the home was even better. So beautiful, welcoming, comfortable, and there are no better views anywhere on the island. We spent the mornings and evenings at home, enjoying the pool and the gorgeous view. Most days we ventured out to one of the many suggested beaches and restaurants, in search of the best rum punch. The weather was fabulous, but the 5-10 minutes it rained on occassion left a beautiful rainbow. All our meals out were great, and we enjoyed cooking in in the gourmet kitchen as well. Our family had a wonderful, completely relaxing family vacation. We all wanted to stay longer, and we all want to go back. And we did find the best rum punch. We agreed that the current rum punch is always the best. Thanks so much for a wonderful time, Dave, Patty, Hannah, Mackenzie, and Maya

Grand Outlook Castle is one of the best locations on Anguilla to view both rainbows and sunsets. As Dave & Patty experienced, you can actually watch the shower work its way across the island and after it passes off to sea, a full rainbow is often the result. Because of the castle's elevation, you will often see a full rainbow, end to end; "Pot of Gold to Pot of Gold".

As Dave & Patty also noted, they wanted to stay longer. Its easy to become very relaxed and comfortable at Grand Outlook Castle. That's what we strive to provide all our guests; a reluctance to leave and a strong desire to return.

Now that we know the best rum punch on Anguilla is the current rum punch. We'll be having one our next trip down in honor of Dave & Patty and their eventual return to the castle.

An Amazing time at the Castle in Anguilla

We all had a wonderful stay at Grand Outlook Castle. The Castle exceeded our expectations, it was very private, comfortable, and very open with lots of room. The scenery was breathtaking and we enjoyed our days and nights in the infinity pool looking out to Crocus Bay. The accommodations were wonderful and everything that you needed was available at the Castle. We enjoyed our daily breakfasts, lunches, barbecues, and dinners outdoors as we watched the boats on the bay and the beautiful sunset over the ocean. Anguilla is a wonderful place to discover, to relax, enjoy the beautiful beaches..and best of all to hang out at the Castle. Eilleen, the housekeeper, was really nice and non-intrusive. Paul was very helpful in getting us all setup and very accommodating. He's wonderful to work it (thank you Paul for everything). Paul and Elise you have an amazing place and thank you for sharing it with us. We miss it already and can't wait to be back. Thank You !

Anguilla Paradise

First of all, many thanks to Paul and Elise - the level of communication and help given were tremendous. GOC is a fantastic property in a prime location. We visited late April with another couple. The house is easily big enough to accommodate 8 in true comfort - no one would feel as if they were shorted on the bedrooms.
With this house though, you must start with the view and the beautiful pool/patio to enjoy it from. We watched turtles swimming and the boats coming in and out of Crocus Bay and Little Bay. Sunsets are an extraordinary event here. Inside and out, the house has everything you need - gated for the extra security factor (though I hardly doubt it's needed), washer/dryer, wine fridge, big screen tv (I think we turned on once), indoor/outdoor sound system and a large gas grill.
For those visiting Anguilla the first time, you are two minutes from Crocus Bay where Calvin can run you to Little Bay by boat, less than 10 minutes to Sandy Ground, about the same to Shoal Bay and that endless white sand and only 15 minutes or so from West End. This is truly the heart of the island and highly recommended. No doubt, another GOC stay is in our future.

We enjoy being sure we've done the very best possible to provide our guests with the insight and information which makes them right at home both on Anguilla and at Grand Outlook Castle instantly; truly instant relaxation!

We could not do it without our staff of Eileen, Arlene and Derrick; thanks folks. They make certain the castle is most accomodating when our guests arrive and chilled water and beer are waiting in the fridge.

After a period of travel, we know our guests will want to move to the pool deck with its stunning views quickly, relax and absorb the environment which can only be truly appreciated by just being there.

As John noted, who needs television when you have a front row seat to paradise. Please come see for yourself and you won't want to leave either.

Linda and John are always welcome back and what they have noted in their review is precisely what we foresaw when we started our castle project, tremendous views, easy mid-island location and great amenities to enjoy and share.
