Our motto is 'You are where you sleep.' Enjoy the comforts of home in our fully furnished golf home. 3 bedrooms home located in guard gated golf community with 2 patios overlooking the beautiful golf course which includes coaching facilities, driving range as well as chipping, bunkers and putting practice areas. From dishes, to luxury linens, to exquisite furnishings, everything you need to create your home away from home is provided. The home is located directly behind Sam's Town Hotel & Gambling Hall and is only less than 7 minutes away from the center of strip. Our backyard, we have a gas grills and lounge chairs to relax and enjoy the warm sun underneath patio cover. Entering our two-garage home, you can enjoy a full sized pool table and a 42' plasma HDTV flat screen T.V. Can sleep up to 10 comfortably with either king in master room, two queens in two bedrooms, and a king in casita. Full working kitchen. Laundry room with washer and dryer. We welcome long term stays

  • Reschedule Policy: We are happy to reschedule your stay based on availability up to 12 months from the date of reschedule.

    Cancellation Policy: 30 to 15 days notice refund of full balance if able to rebook dates. If unable to rebook dates, refund 50% of balance. 14 days notice or less, refund 50% of balance if able to rebook dates. If unable to rebook dates, no refund available. See also Reschedule Policy.

This property was very clean and maintained. Great location. Had fun playing pool and watching the big screen TV. The kitchen was full of cookware and other supplies as were the 3 bathrooms. We all felt very safe with this gated community. Beautiful view of the golf course and mountains. It as very convenient to Sams Town. This property had enough room for my mom, my In-Iaws and my husband, son and myself. I have only one suggestion to the designer. In the Casitas, please cover the top curved windows. Let's to much light in from the street lights at night. :} The owner/manager was great through every step of the process. We really enjoyed are stay and will contact again for future visits.
