This Sandpiper condo is very open and spacious. One floor, no one above, no one below. There are three large bedrooms, with walk-in closets. All the bedrooms have floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open onto outside furnished patios. There are three large bathrooms, a large kitchen and a wet- bar in the dinning room. The over sized living room is beautifully furnished and has a large marble fireplace. The living room and the dinning room also have floor to ceiling glass sliding doors that open onto a patio, providing true indoor-outdoor living. The home is surrounded by a lush green belt, with pool and adjacent to the mountains, providing wonderful views. There are four TVs, as well as CD, DVD; and fast-speed Internet connection, large washer and dryer. There is an interior furnished courtyard and a private garage. This home is on El Paseo 'The Rodeo Drive' of the desert, with great restaurants, art galleries and shopping! Movies and casinos close by! Best location in Desert!
