Your townhouse was built in 2005 and ready for occupancy in 2006. Since then, it has been rarely used by the pretty owner who has three other homes. The house is fully furnished with brand new furniture from Pottery Barn and Ethan Allen. The owner herself is meticulous about cleanliness and high quality materials. You would find everything in the house catering to your own discriminating taste as well. The owner is confident that you will experience the same serenity and comfort in this lovely and cozy shangri-la, which is her own occasional sanctuary from her busy schedules.

Your house is idyllically located in the classy city of Irvine which is also the business center of Orange County. It is a short distance to South Coast Plaza, San Juan Capistrano, The Segerstrom Concert Hall and the high-end Newport Beach. In the village community shopping Center, which is walking distance from the house, are restaurants, a bank, cleaners, pharmacy, gas station, etc. You can enjoy the amenities - exclusively for residents - of a gated large swimming pool, jacuzzi, BBQ grills and gym. You will be provided with a key for your free access. In the Community Park, you can play tennis and basketball or watch your kids play soccer or softball. You can bike or do your jogging exercise. There are many other restaurants, malls, movie houses, performing arts center and museums within a short distance.

Superb Accomodations

My parents and I stayed at serenity with my 20 month old son. The condo was beautifully decorated with gorgeous hard wood floors and spacious bedrooms and baths. The family room was large and inviting and a perfect place to watch movies after a long day at Disneyland or the beach. Serenity is centrally located in Irvine right off the 405 and we found travel to all of our favorite spots quick and convenient. My father enjoyed morning walks to the grocery store for the newspaper and my son loved the playground and swimming pool, all within walking distance. A big plus was a garage space to keep our car cool during the heat of the summer. Espy was quick to respond to all inquiries and was incredibly accomodating. We would highly recommend the property to any interested tenants and look forward to using it as our winter get away in the years to come.

I wish that all my vacationers would take the time to write a review because they could describe waht they had experienced on their stay with SERENITY...Again, I just want to say thank you for a very positive review.

Fantastic, can't wait to go back!

Serenity is a lovely house situated in a great area. The house is perfectly clean and comfortable, we've never seen so many towels and the bath products were much appreciated. It was also so nice to have tea, coffee and water provided. Espy is so thoughtful. The beds are also very comfortable.
It is literally two minutes from the community pool which goes without saying is well maintained as is the gym. It's a five minute walk to the local village centre which has everything you need supermarket, coffee shop and some excellent restaurants.
Serenity is also a couple of minutes to the freeway so you can go anywhere quickly from down to San Diego up to LA. The beaches are about 10 to 20 minutes drive Lagune is lovely I would also reccomend Crystal Cove. There are too many things to do to mention really. The great thing was that we always had this lovely, quiet place to come back to we like it so much we're planning to go back next year.

Perfect Getaway

We rented Serenity for our stay in OC for a wedding. The townhouse was exactly as the photos shown. It was very spacious, clean, and modern. Espy was a pleasure to work with and was very accomodating to our needs. She provided lots of bottled water in the fridge and plenty of towels everywhere for our stay. The community was beautiful, quiet and peaceful. It was perfectly located within 10 minues (without traffic, of course) of everywhere we needed to go. The highways were easily accessible as was the grocery store and gas station. We will definitely stay at Serenity again next time we are in OC!

5 star deluxe accomodation in LA

You will not find a better place to stay in LA. Serenity is perfect - it is just a beautiful house.Espy provides everything you will need - just bring a change of clothes and a toothbrush!! The house was perfect for six of us( 2 Adults and 4 children). The beds were soooo comfortable,everything was spotless we felt spoilt!! The area is quiet and feels so safe.The pool area was spotless and the people were friendly - it was never very busy.The car was kept cool in the garage - an extra bonus!! We found the location perfect for sightseeing in LA and visiting the beaches.The pictures do not do it justice- it is even much better than it looks. We had such a wonderful time in Serenity - we can never hope to match it. Thanks again Espy - you go above and beyond!!

Espy has my vote for Presedent too!! She really goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect for your stay. She had fresh fruit and bottled waters waiting in the fridge for us when we arrived. All the linens were crisp and clean and the bathrooms were spotless! I can relate to the previous review as I too am a germaphobe and I can truely say SERENITY is the cleanest place I have ever stayed! All the little extra touches made our trip very enjoyable. We hope to be able to visit again and will definately stay at Serenity. Thanks Espy!
