Quaint typically French 200yr old cottage set in its own old grounds , all on one level,of over 1.5 acres, all done in French country style, CD player [with Ipod connection,] ,LP player , hifi, Plasma 48' TV screen with satellite TV , video and dvd player. Cooker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine etc in kitchen, plus all those extras you need to be a good cook!! - fantastic for cooking in for those interested!! automatic bread-maker! Washing machine, ironing board and iron all in a separate large utility/ ironing/laundry room. 6.00 mtr x 3.00 mtr salt water swimming pool. Very Quiet rural location fishing lake and bar/ restaurant 5 min walk, otherwise restaurants all rural and drive-able. Within 10minutes at Le Fleix, and 12 mins St Foy Le Grande , on the dordogne - [ one of the best markets in france on a saturday!!!]. Bergerac airport 18 kilomteres. Bordeaux 40 kilometres. Dordogne river 4 kms. Canoeing on dordogne at Le Fleix.
