Just 1 block from the beach, this 4 bedroom home is very conveniently located. This home boasts a King Master suite overlooking the pool with double master walk-in shower and garden tub. Beautifully decorated and open floor plan allow you to enjoy it's luxury after a day of fun and sun at the beach. The heated, screened, over sized, pool will be enjoyed by all. This home is your home away from home. Complete with everything from high speed Internet, unlimited long distance calls, pool toys, beach toys, beach chairs, linens, complete kitchen and laundry facilities, Pack N Play, Strollers, wagon, High Chair, to bicycles for exploring the island. This home is made for you to relax and enjoy the beautiful island of crescent, white sandy beaches.

This home is very conveniently located on Marco Island. Just steps to the beach to enjoy the sand, surf, and sunset. A short walk will get you to many area restaurants, the movies, ice cream and much more. Visit the public boat dock just 2 blocks away for fishing, bird watching, or dolphin and manatee watching. Collier State Park and the Everglades National Park are a short drive away. On Marco Island there are only 2 public beach access points. Our home is one of the closest on the island to the south beach access (only 6 houses on the entire island are closer). Jet Skis and parasailing and more is available at the Marriott Hotel just 2 blocks up the beach. Everything you need is just a short walk or drive from your home away from home.

Location, Location, Location: This home is not only beautifully done, but it is also very conveniently located. Walk to the beach and the sunset as well as to many area restaurants, the movies, many pubs, the ice cream store, and much more. Just a short bike ride to the public boat access where you can fish, or just watch the boats, birds, dolphin and manatee. Also a short bike ride to Mackle Park with a play structure, football and soccer fields, and covered basketball courts. The Everglades are just a short drive from Marco Island. Enjoy air boat rides, hiking, or canoeing in the Everglades.

Great location w/ terrific floorplan. The beach is a short walk away. Beach toys, wagon and coolers are provided for fun in the sun. When not on the beach, our kids "lived" in the private, heated pool. The owners are fantastic...helpful and easy to reach.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
