Our large furnished apartment in Toronto is perfect accommodation for a single person or couple, vacationing in Toronto or working on contract, and wish the comfort of a home rather than a hotel room. This is a large, clean, bright, private, self contained 1000 square foot fully furnished and equipped apartment, with its own entrance and private driveway parking at your door. Its located on a very quiet Crescent in residential Bellamy/Lawrance/Eglinton area with short walk to 'GO' train which takes you to downtown Toronto in 15 minutes or steps to 'TTC' public transportation which can take you anywhere within Metropolitan Toronto. The large rental apartment in Toronto consists of 1 bedroom with queen-size bed, luxury bedding, TV, and lots closet space, open-concept design kitchen with breakfast bar and dishwasher, dining area and private laundry room, huge living room, comfortably furnished with cable TV and wireless high speed internet access, spacious bathroom w/large thick towels

Location: Toronto in Canada

All our renters have found it very easy to get to downtown from our apartment. Its 3 min walk to 'GO' station. It's 3 stops (takes approx 15 mins) to Union station (main downtown) that gives you access to most tourist attractions. i.e. CN tower, Skydome, ferry to Centre Island, Yonge Street, Ontario Place, theatres, operahouse etc. We're also close to Scarborough Town Centre Mall, 5 mins by car or 10 mins by TTC bus for major store shopping, theatres, restaurants.

Very beautiful place to stay and very spacious. This place had everything one would need...just need to bring your clothes. Mike was an exceptional host. The neighborhood is very quiet. Very very clean place. Even though this is a basement, the place is very bright. I will definitely choose this place again the next time I visit the Toronto area. Much much better than a hotel.

We have always had great renters like yourselves which has helped us keep up the standard and quality of the apartment.

Very clean, well maintained and the location is great close to the train station and bus stop.
We really appreciate all the details in the apartment.

This was a wonderful apartment! Conviniently located next to GO and a bus hop away from the Subway... Everything you need is definitely available in this large one bedroom apartment!

I highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a nice change in a nice neighborhood.

We really enjoyed staying at this apartment. It's the lower level of a house (kind of a mother in law suite). It's HUGE! Really, I'm always afraid something will be small, but it's very large.

It's close to many major roads and not terrible far from downtown (although traffic depending, it could take around 45 mins or so depending on where you are going).

Mike, our host, was a neat guy and keeps the place in good shape. We had everything we needed and our stay was great.

Perfect place to stay in Toronto- HUGE apartment- equipped with everything you could possibly think of- and a fabulous owner to go along with the package. Very well maintained. I highly recommend to all who choose Toronto as a vacation destination. .
