The interior of the rental was clean and ok. The shower just dribbles... The exterior was in need of TLC. The grill caught fire when we tried to cook on it. There were NO drawers or hangers in either bedroom. The dishes were in short supply. You can tell at some point the owners were trying to fix this place up - but I can only assume money ran dry. Plenty of parking for trailers. We used the road access down the the shore as 92 steps were OVERWHELMING! No way you could take a full cooler down the steps! Pictures on line are 5 years old. Screened in porch didn't have furniture and one window fell in an broke while we were there. We had a wonderful week on the lake and it made up for the shortcomings of the rental. We were thrilled to take our dog - who loved the place! I guess we need to open the wallet a little wider to get better accomodations, or grin and bare it.

Owner's Response: The home is very well kept and there was a leak in the shower but has been fixed by a certified plumber. The grill is a gas grill and very clean, sometimes you will have a fire on the grill depends on how greasy your cooking is. This place is a wonderful place for the price try to rent this cheap on torch lake and you won't find anything. Very nice for the money. Everything in the place is new including furniture and bedding to cooking utensils. There is plenty of space for hanging your clothes including hangers. Money isn't the issue here, this is a rental. The screen porch has a loveseat that pulls out for more sleeping accomodations as well as a twin bed. As renters wanted more sleeping areas. There has been new windows replaced in the sunroom.
