You'll enjoy this spacious single family home in 'Bayside at Ocean City' resort community located in West Ocean City. It is one of the nicest homes in the community with a large backyard. Close to shops, restaurants, golf, family activities, OC beaches / Boardwalk and the beaches at Assateague Island. This home features four bedrooms and three and a half baths. The second master bedroom has it's own bath and covered balcony. Furnished with one King bed, two queens and two twins, this home can accommodate up to eight (8) people. The large, fully equipped kitchen opens up to the family room and breakfast room giving you plenty of space to share with family and friends. The living and dining room combination provide extra space for family to read a book or just relax. Computer with high speed access. Two car garage with room for two more cars in the driveway.Community Clubhouse with all the amenities. ** Please note that we do not rent to High School Seniors or College Students **

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at this lovely home. Lots of space, nicely decorated and very clean. We loved the club house and amenities........ especially the beach shuttle. Can't wait to come back...........

What a wonderful home...... My family and I had a fun and relaxing vacation. We loved the clubhouse and the crabbing pier. The House looks just like the pictures posted on the website (clean and like new). The owners provided us with lots of informative info and lots of info on local attractions and restaurants. We hope to come back next year.

Fantastic Home and Area

This was a great location for the middle of August in Ocean City, MD. OCM is a booming place in the summer months as we all know, to be able to enjoy everything about OC but to know that at night you come back to this clean and welcoming home away from all the hustle and bustle was a true relaxing vacation. To get to the ocean side you do have to drive across the 50 bridge. It takes about 10 minutes depending on traffic. Saturday night it took us 45 minutes. There is a community center in the development that has a "game" room, indoor and outdoor pool, which we frequented. Walk around the development there are 2 docks that take you out bayside and you can do some crabbing.The house itself was absolutely perfect for us. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bath. 2 bedrooms have their own bathroom and the other 2 share a large bathroom in the hallway. One room has 2 twins, 2 rooms have 1 queen and the master has a king. There is a formal living room, a family room, a formal dinning room, an eat in kitchen that is quite large and a nice backyard. Another bonus was the washer and dryer. This is an excellent house and location and if we never stay in this house again it is because we bought one just like right down the road! :)
