Fool's Festival

My husband and I stayed here with our dogs for the Fool's Festival in Burlington. It is a great away from it all place, very peaceful. The dogs had fun running up and down the mountain for hours at a time. The town of Bristol has some places to shop and eat. The Bobcat Cafe we very much enjoyed, the food very good, try the lentil burger, excellent! They also make good beer, I enjoyed the Porter. The Bakery is great for breakfast, fresh egg sandwich, or cherry torte pastry.
We drove to Burlington, Church St, and it took 30 min. Nice drive through farm and towns. Also drove to Fort Ticonderoga which took 1hour and 10 min. Very much enjoyed returning to the peaceful lodge.
The only thing I would like to mention is that the water pressure seemed low, which made taking a shower a little slow, but other than that it is a great place, very dog friendly. Thank you again for letting us stay here.
