Rental property has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, upstairs. Downstairs: den with pull-out couch, living room, dining Room, updated kitchen with Viking Oven, induction range, dishwasher, and traditional keeping room. Washer/dryer in basement.

A lovely, country retreat in a beautiful setting! This old farmhouse balances historical charm with modern updates (new kitchen appliances, internet access, etc) in a beautiful, wooded setting with views of the sound and Fishers Island. Walking distance from beaches, the historic town of Noank (with a cute coffee shop, diner, grocery store, liquor store), and a short drive from Mystic and Stonington, this house offers a welcome respite from busy city living.
