The house features four bedrooms, two car garage with washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, large pool, BBQ and outdoor fire pit. All bed linens and towels are provided. It is located in a nice, quiet, centrally located neighborhood across the street from park. It is minutes from 6 golf courses: Mesquite Country Club, Tahquitz Creek Golf Resort, Cimarron Golf Resort, Indian Canyons Golf Resort, Escena Golf Club and Tommy Jacobs Bel Air Greens. Knott's Soak City Water Park and Fitness Center is 5 minutes away You are ten minutes from Downtown Palm Springs, shopping, casino and Palm Spring International Airport. The park across the street has tennis courts, baseball diamond, soccer field, children's play ground equipment and picnic areas.

Directions: Coming from Orange County Area : Take Highway 91 (Towards Riverside) to Highway 60 (Towards Indio) to Highway 10 (East). Follow Highway 10 and Exit Highway 111 (Palm Springs). Stay on highway 111 and as it gets into Palm Springs it becomes North Palm Canyon Drive and then South Palm Canton Drive. Follow it through downtown and take a left on Tahquitz Canyon Way. Follow Tahquitz Canyon Way to El Cielo Road and take a right. Follow El Cielo Road to E Mesquite Ave and take a left. House is at 3894 E Mesquite Ave. From Los Angeles Area: Take Highway 10 (Santa Monica freeway) east. Follow Highway 10 and Exit Highway 111 (Palm Springs). Stay on highway 111 and as it gets into Palm Springs it becomes North Palm Canyon Drive and then South Palm Canton Drive. Follow it through downtown and take a left on Tahquitz Canyon Way. We enjoyed it... that's all I can say... Very friendly house and very friendly owner! everything was perfect... There were couple of minor issues but the owner took care of them right away (early morning).
Thank you Bill! We will definantly need that house again...
