Photos and Description of this Vilano Beach holiday house 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 3 queen size sleeper sofas, sleeps 12 comfortably

Located on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean in a cozy, beach community. Very private and somewhat secluded area with several WONDERFUL, local restaurants. Entire house was renovated with all new furnishings in June 2007. Walk north along the beach for a wonderful Ocean view or walk south and enjoy wonderful views of the Inlet, St. Augustine Lighthouse and Downtown St. Augustine. Outdoor shower. Walk to the marina for Jet Ski rentals and Deep Sea fishing trips. Very Elegant Town Center with Publix and various retail shops and restaurants is now under construction and is located within walking distance. We now offer a 7 day membership to Serenata Beach Club for $160 (serenataclub.com). Club has a restaurant, pool side bar and grill, hot tub, adult pool overlooks the beach and fitness center. Membership also available for longer terms if desired.

Nearest Airport: Jacksonville and Daytona at 40 Miles
5 minutes to Historical Downtown St. Augustine, which has the Oldest Everything (I think) in the U. S (sight seeing tours, oldest jail, oldest school house, etc. Ripleys Believe it or not, Wax Museum, various other museums and shopping galore on St. George Street in Downtown St. Aug. Wonderful local restaurants, 40 minutes from Jacksonville, 1 hour from Daytona Beach, 40 minutes to Marine Land to swim with the dolphins. 2 hours to Disney World or Universal Studios. 2.5 hours to Port Canaveral. You can see lift off of the space shuttle from the beach. Golfing everywhere and just 15 minutes to Sawgrass for the TPC.

This was the most relaxing home that we have stayed at in a long time. Location is great for a relaxing time. We saw the sunrise and the sunset everyday we stayed here. The night sky and stars were fantastic from the deck. We so enjoyed the long walks and the fresh air.

We will stay again and again.

No one will regret staying here - It was absolutely GREAT!

AWESOME! Loved the beach house!

I can't tell you enough times how much we enjoyed staying at the beach house. The close proximity to the beach and the short drive to town makes it convenient to everything you could possibly want to do for both adults and children. What a nice touch to have the bath essentials provided and after a long day at the beach to have clean fresh linens. I would recommend (I actually have!) this property to anyone that loves the beach. We had no problems and the owner even called to make certain we had everything we needed. I felt a million miles away, even though it's only about a 20 minute drive home. The house was clean and roomy, perfect for 4 girlfriends on a week-end away. We didn't trip over each other like we would have in a hotel room and there were 2 nice size baths. I will definitely be back very soon!! Thanks again!

Perfect for family!

This home was comfortable, clean, and in a great location. The owner was very nice and helpful. The linens were new and clean - very important to me! They had everything we needed! I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone!

Nearly ON the beach. Very private and just a bridge away from the historic district in St Augustine. Roomy with a well equipped kitchen and fresh linens (inc beach towels!). I slept great on the comfortable bed. We stayed for a girlfriend's get together and had a wonderful time.
Thanks, we'll be back.

RENTER BEWARE!!!

We arrived at the property after a long 8 hour drive. What we expected to find was the property in the condition it was shown in the pictures. We walked in the house and immediatly smelled mold.
Upon further looking we discovered the air conditioner did not work, the linens were stained & smelly, the carpets were filthy black and so dirty we would not not take off our shoes, the ceiling fans were covered in about a half inch thick dust and the bar stool furniture was so stained it was not funny. All this and not to mention the exposed electrical outlest hanging out of the walls and the rusy broken nailes on the porch.

This place was NOTHING as described. We immediatly called the owner who sent his agent to meet us instead of him. After demanding he show up he finally arrived. We explained our problems with the home & he agreed to let his agent find us another property and refund our money. We followed the agent to her office & by the time we got there, the owner who was no where to be found had called the agent telling her he was not refunding any of our money.

We then had to pay for another last minute rental property. This owner cost us thousands of dollars and at this point he has not refunded any of our money. I was smart enough to take pictures of the uninhabital home before we left.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!
