Loiza holiday

I stayed at this condo the first week of October 2009. I wanted to first start off by saying that initially I did not rent this condo from Leslie, I rented a different condo at another resort in Loiza. A couple of days prior to our arrival, Lesile tells me that the property I initially rented, she rented to another person for a year contract. She has already collected our money and had a provided us a contract. She then informed me that we could stay at this resort in Aquatika for the same price. I agree becasue I had stayed at this resort before last year and had a great experience. However, the fact that she rented out the property to another person without our consent was not professional at all.

The condo in Aquatika was not all that was advertised. First and foremost, I have to mention how dirty the condo was. After my arrival to the condo, my aunt and I had to clean both bathrooms, sweep the floors, clean the kitchen with was filthy, etc.. This is no way to start a vacation. There were no soaps and tolietries, as advertised. There was also no trash can, coffee maker that worked, coolers and propane gas for the grill. The sofa was stained and dirty, the sheets in the master bedroom had hair on them and when I washed the sheets and pillow cases, the pillows were horribly stained. This was disgusting. In addition, the air conditioner in the living room/dining room was not working and it was so hot that week.

Leslie was a nice person but she should have been more professional and done a better job in taking care of her tenants and the property.
