The beach house has a complete full sized kitchen with dishwasher. House is nice, clean with tasteful furniture and very comfortable. Patio deck area with barbecue. High Speed Internet connection. Washer & Dryer. Off-street Parking. 300 feet to sandy beach. Sleeps up to 5. One bedroom has a queen bed. The other bedroom has a full and a twin. All Kitchen items, towels, linens, beach chairs, umbrella provided. Baby Pac-n-Play if needed. The area is very safe and quiet and not for people on the wild party side of life. We Love Children.

This was our first experience in a beach cottage and it was wonderful. I was a bit skeptical at first but now I'm a believer. I would definitely recommend this place to others looking for that beach experience. My wife and our 10 and 12 year old boys felt at home. Thanks Sue!

Wonderful getaway to the beach.

I traveled with my wife and 3 kids to the Carlsbad area for them to have their first California beach experience. Bob and Sue rented the cottage to us and from the start were very helpful and worked with us on our dates and plans. The comfort, ease of getting to and beauty of this place and its scenic shorline has been to date our best experience on vacation. All amenities are provided, so comfort and convenience are at a premium. If you have a chance, this little jewel on the pacific coast was awesome and we definitely will book again for next year. Thanks again Bob and Sue.
