HERE IT IS! A spacious one bedroom, two full bath Condominium in the newest Disney Area luxury lakefront condominium at the Blue Heron Beach Resort nestled on the shores of 400 plus acre Lake Bryan, two blocks off I4 at the main Lake Buena Vista exit and yes, just .9 miles from the entrance to Disney! This professionally decorated unit is appointed with the best of everything, granite counter tops, jetted master tub, and designer furnishing. This unit has a breathtaking view of the pool and lake. The unit is completely equipped with everything you to need to have a 'magical' stay. The condominium sleeps six with a separate master suite with king-size bed and private bathroom. The bunk area and sofabed each sleep two people with a separate full bath for a total of six people. Unit has two TVs with DVD Players, AM/FM/CD Stereo, along with full-size washer and dryer.

The resort features two levels of under building covered parking with easy elevator access, a work room, arcade, DVD rentals and access to a variety of rental watersport from neighboring Lake Buena Vista Watersports. Our location is centrally located to all of what Lake Buena Vista and Orlando has to offer from theme parks to fine dining. We are in the heart of the Disney resort area and only minutes to Sea World, Universal and the Convention Center.

Many vacation rentals advertised in the Disney/Orlando area are private homes miles away from the resort areas and are managed remotely. We are right in the heart of the resort area and we employ the 24x7 on-site management company of the Blue Heron Beach Resort to make sure that every aspect of your stay from check-in to checkout is professionally addressed. We leave nothing about your Orlando vacation to chance. We know that you have many choices in the Orlando marketplace but do what it takes to earn your return business and positive word of mouth advertising.

Reserved this condo via internet. Great experience w/owner who took time to explain details. Unit clean, well maintained, well supplied, convenient location, although would recommend having a car. It was wonderful having a washer & dryer in unit since we were there for a month. Second full bath was a luxury. Bunk beds would be best for young children. Was not an issue with us since we were two adults. On site managment helpful with info and resolving problems. Would definetly stay again.

WOW !!! The condo was perfect!! Everything was in brand new condition! Condo was spotless! Everything you could think of was right there. The location was great! We could see fireworks and Planet Hollywood right from the Main Entrance into the Building. WE watched the sun rise over the lake every morning! Beautiful setting. Very quiet -- Pool water was warm. Staff was great!! Even saved us 10% on all our Disney attractions. NO TIMESHARE SALES PITCH!!!!! Just check in and enjoy your stay!!!!
THis was our 6th trip to the orlando area! This was by far the best place we have stayed at!! Bets a hotel stay any day!!! I would recommend this to anyone visiting DISNEY!!!!! They even went as far as to provide information on the closest wal-mart!!!
Dine in and save a bunch, or take advantage of the restaurants across the street! Everything is in about 1 mile radius!!

We are looking forward to staying again soon!!

The condo unit and overall property was very well maintained. Very nice location and parks are visible from condo. Unit was exactly as described by the owner...just like staying at home. Nice pool and lake. Will definitely stay again next time we come to Orlando.

We found this property 3 years too late! We've been visiting our son in Orlando for the past 3 years, staying in hotels and other condos. But now there'll be no more looking for us-we've found our "home away from home." The unit is beautiful and comfortable, with all the "extras" of home. The view from the patio overlooking the pool and lake is beautiful and very peaceful. In our last minutes before checkout, my husband walked out to the gazebo to fish. He was disappointed to discover the fish had been there all weekend, and he only had time to catch a few. We were in town for wedding activities, and didn't have the time to use the pool and hot tub, but will certainly check them out on our next trip. Check in/out was very easy, and the staff very helpful and courteous. We felt very safe, as keys are needed to use the elevator, and then again to get into your room. Todd's personal list of restaurants, cheap gas, convenience stores, convenient shopping, etc. was very useful. I would add "Columbia" restaurant in Celebration as our favorite, one we go to on each visit. The condo was a great value for the money, and we will return!
