Additional information about rental rates

  • Cleaning Fee: $100. However, spots on the carpets (wine, coffee, etc) will result in an extra fee.
  • A deposit of $500 is required to hold your reservation. This money will be return within three (3) days from your departure date, upon routine inspection. Any damage to the property will be subtracted from your deposit. We must, receive a personal check, money order or credit card or PAYPAL payment for the deposit on the day of initial booking. Once it is received, your dates are officially reserved. The total of the rental must be paid on the day of your arrival. We accept only Cash or Cashier Checks.
    No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason. Cancellations: made within 7 days from original booking: NO fee. After 7 days: $125 fee. After 14 days: $250 fee. After 21 days: $375 fee. After 28 days: forfeit deposit.

    Check in Time: 12:00 Noon - Check Out Time 5:00 PM
  • Loosing the facilities electronic key (tennis court, pool and jacuzzi) will result in the charged of TWO hundred (200) dollars fee.

    This is a non-smoking home. You are permitted to smoke outdoors on the patio. Butts are to be disposed properly and not left anywhere on the property. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $100.00 fine and if additional cleaning is necessary to remove smoke odors from the house and/or linens, costs will be subtracted from your deposit.

This little Anaheim townhouse was a cosy, new, light and clean place to stay for our week in LA. It was nice to feel like we were staying in a home away from home. Both the owner and agent went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and that nothing was too much trouble for some "little extras" that they arranged effortlessly for the family before and during our stay. We traveled as a party of 6, and there was plenty of room. The neighbours were discrete and the area seemed very safe and was also well situated. Have a great time when you go.

Nice townhouse - close to Disney

We recently stayed in this townhouse with my two kids and my parents. It is a cute townhouse close to Disney, (though I would not say 1 minute by any stretch). The place is well maintained and comfortable. The 3rd room is quite small though and is entered through either the master bedroom or the bathroom. I would not recommend for anyone but kids. The property manager was nice and prompt in letting us in. The pool was clean and the neighborhood nice and quiet and well located with restaurants, Target and other things within walking distance. We took ART from a hotel close to the townhouse to Disney and back every day (3 day adult pass $10, kids $3) instead of driving and parking. This worked very well for our family. I would recommend this to a small group with kids...

Good rental, with a few disappointments

We were a party of 5 and the house was the perfect size. The beds are very hard, but the rooms were a good size and clean. Disneyland is not 1 minute away; more like 5 minutes by car to the parking lot if you don't hit traffic or stoplights. The owner and manager were very helpful and communication with them was fantastic. For the price point, I was expecting more ammenties: soap in the bathroom, paper towels in the kitchen, wash rags in the bathroom. There was coffee, bottled water in the fridge, and laundry detergent. I would stay again if it were a little cheaper.

First off I would like to say that the overall booking experience couldn't have been any easier. Every question prior to our arrival was answered quickly and for that it made our trip much more organized. We were greeted and given the tour upon our arrival which made our comfort level an A+. The location of this vacation rental is amazing - yes it is a minute away from disney, however, its less then a minute to everything you will need to make your stay more enjoyable. And access to the freeways was incredible. Oh and lets not forget about the house itself - the space was great, and all major amenities were taken care of. Because of its location and incredible value, our next visit to Southern California we will be staying here again :)

Great place for vacation

I strongly recommend whoever planing to vacation or family gather around Wesminster or Anaheim area for this townhouse.
This townhouse is very nice, clean and in a quiet place. The owner supports all of the needed things for the house such as bed spread, towels, soap, shampoo ..etc.
The manager, Juan is very nice and responds to any call right away. Any requests for anything will be fulfilled by him. He's a great property manager.
We were so glad to rent this townhouse.
