This great studio condo is located in the middle of it all at beautiful Wrightsville Beach. (Shorebreak Condos 40 N. Lumina Ave, Wrightsville Beach, NC) It was named a top performer in coastal NC rentals. Park your car and don't get back in it until you go home. The condo is a 2 minute walk to the beach (no streets to cross) and next door to the grocery, coffee shop, sports bar and steps away from great seafood restaurants. This is a first floor unit. All the comforts of home including a 42 inch flat screen with surround sound make this condo perfect for a couple, singles or 2-4 people. Relax on the beach, be a part of the action or just hide-away in the tropical paradise. Wrightsville Beach offers a laid-back tropical setting minutes away from great shopping, entertainment and historical downtown Wilmington. Wrightsville Beach is ranked among the top 5 beaches in NC. The beaches are clean and spacious. Boating, sailing, surfing, fishing, Johnnie Mercer's Pier, jet ski's and the community park are some of the many outdoor activities at the beach. There are also plenty of great restaurants, ice cream stands and bars on the Island. Nearby Wilmington has a charming historic downtown with lots of antique stores, eateries and unique shops. There are museums, Thalian Hall, Jungle Rapids, Independence Mall, city parks and numerous other activities all right in Wilmington. Mayfair Towne Center with upscale shopping, a movie theater and restaurants is just across the bridge from Wrightsville Beach. With all of the above available you can still do nothing and relax on the beach if you wish!

My husband and I vacationed here for our anniversary this past weekend and had a wonderful time. Perfect for the two of us. The condo has everything you need. The pictures don't do it justice. Very clean and fresh looking. Very short walk to the beach, grocery store, restaurants and shopping. Would recommend to everyone. The owners were very friendly and accomodating. Looking forward to a stay again next year.

Excellent location, 2 minutes from the beach. Private, quiet, and safe. Right next to restaurants, bars, ice-cream shops, and a grocery store. We look forward to going back again next year!!

My 3 girlfriends and I stayed here and we were blown away from the minute we walked in the door! The location is fabulous, we literally parked our car and didn't move it until we left. Dawn was so accomadating, she even let us check in early so our make-up wouldn't melt in the car! It is so tastfully decorated and we really enjoyed the Bose soundsystem and flatscreen TV (although Wrightesville Beach is so awesome you won't want to spend much time indoors). Can't wait untill next summer so we can do it again!

I felt totally at home the moment I walked in the door. It was clean and tastefully decorated. Having stayed at other condos, I was surprised at the number of extras the owners provided. It’s a great location- you can park your car and walk to the market, restaurants and of course the beach. It's nice for a single person, couple, or small family. Thanks for a great week.

Perfect Beach getaway for two!

The tropical studio is exactly as advertised! What a treat to walk in the door and have everything needed to enjoy a relaxing stay at the beach. Dawn has maxamized the space in this studio, and all the extra's put this unit over the top! She's throught of everything! Terriffic location on Wrightsville Beach, steps away from anything you could possibly need. After a relaxing extended weekend we're already planning our return trip next year.
