This beautiful, three-story, oceanfront duplex has 6 bedroom/ 6 baths beautiful views from all levels and large decks on both the second and third floors. There is a private beach with its own entrance just fifty feet from the front door. Enjoy spectacular sunrises from the second-floor deck equipped with everything you need to dine and grill. The unique design of this 1700-square-foot unit allows for the kids or whom ever to have their own room and bathroom on each floor. If you are a family you will feel right at home with a fully-equipped children's bedroom with toys, board games, puzzles, pack and play, and booster seat for dining. All this only steps from the ocean and a mile from the downtown restaurants and pier.
