Our one bedroom, waterfront condo is located in the funnest complex on the island. Newly decorated in a tropical motif you'll feel like you are in paradise. The bedroom is a tranquil retreat, with two full beds, perfect for reading, relaxing, and dreaming. The full bath will remind you of Marco's sunset. The spacious kitchen/living area is tastefully decorated and is set up for formal or casual dining. There a are spectacular views from the kitchen window and front door, and the lanai has views of the gorgeous grounds, pool, and dock. The complex offers you two pools, three jacuzzis, two tennis courts, and dockside Tiki bar that serves food and spirits. Our waterfront condo is conveniently located within walking distance to several great restaurants. There is a marina next door that offers dolphin excursions, manatee sightseeing, bike rentals, boat rentals, fishing charters, dinner cruises, and catamaran to Key West. The island is only 4 x 6 miles and everything is a short drive. Enjoy Marco's beaches, sunsets, restaurants, shops, wildlife, theater, history, and weather.

Convenient & Spacious

The owner was very gracious in sending information about the condo and giving her recommendations as to restaurants and sights in the area. I only stayed in the condo by myself, but it was very spacious and would have easily & comfortably fit a family. Everything was very clean and organized. The condo had an umbrella, chairs, coolers, and clean beach towels for the beach. (To wash beach towels, it is necessary to have plenty of quarters and purchase your own laundry detergent.) The condo also provided bath towels, extra blankets, and any kitchenware needed. The condo was a short driving distance away from everything on the island, which was quite convenient. The condo has two pools, which were lovely to sit by as well. I would definitely recommend this condo to my friends.
Owner's Response: Sorry, lots of renters lately, must have run out of laundry detergent. We usually provide that and will get right on restocking that!

The prospect of facing a long cold winter did not excite me, what did was a month on Marco Island. We found the cleanest, neatest condo right near the beaches, and within walking distance to shopping, some incredible restaurants.

On site are two wonderful pools, someone monitored the temperature each day so the water was always perfect. We met people of all ages including a couple of kids to play with my Grandson during school vacation week. People came from all over the Island just to enjoy Prime Rib and not to mention the cool drinks at the Tiki Lounge.

We found plenty to do, starting with a clean car( free water hookup) we visited Key West, the Zoo, Edison’s Home, Movies, Art Galleries and Craft Shops, Everglades, Parks and Reserves(awesome wildlife) also there is a great little theatre featuring local actors, wonderful shopping and if you are lucky enough a world known shell show March 13-15 is just across the street.

Marco is south enough so the water and the weather were warm enough for us to swim in either the ocean or the pool most every day. Believe it or not we did find time to enjoy many a meal and good book on the Lanai or just relax in the cool living room.

We are looking forward to 2009 and seeing the friends we made, some have been coming here for years.
