Relax, fish and swim on your own private island. Located on a five-acre island in Lake Winter near Winter, Wisconsin... Sawyer County... Lake Winter located in Northern Wisconsin is famous for its excellent Musky, Walleye and Bass fishing. The home comes completely furnished with all 'High End' furnishings. Sleeps ten comfortably in beds and up to four more on air mattresses and couches. Comes with its own private mainland access and you travel approximately one-fourth mile by boat to the island home.

  • Max. (10)...Peak Season rates are $375/night or $2,500.00 per week for up to six people and $50/night per additional guest..Pontoon Boat is $125.00 per day or $800.00 per week.

    Security deposit is required.
  • Off Peak Season rates are from May 1 thru June 1 (except Mem. Week-end) and after Labor Day through Oct. 31st. Weekly rate is reduced to $2,000.00 and daily rate reduced to $300.00 for up to six people. Over six people are charged an additional $35.00 per day/per guest. Pontoon rate is $75 per day or $500 per week.
