Enjoy the top quality furnishings in our villa, all chosen with your comfort in mind. Our large south facing pool is not overlooked having shrubs and bushes for added privacy. Enjoy the comfortable loungers and soak up the Florida sun. Westridge is 15 minutes from Disney and 2 minutes from a Wal-Mart Superstore and restaurants only minutes away. The villa itself has a living/lounge area overlooking the pool area with an offset large kitchen and dinning area. Cable TV, DVD, Video and Hi Fi. The master suite has Queen Bed with patio doors leading to the pool area and has a large ensuite bathroom with tub, separate shower and his and her sinks, plus walk in wardrobe. Cable TV, Video, Telephone and Clock Radio Alarm. The double bedroom has Queen Bed, a window overlooking the pool area and Cable TV, Clock radio alarm. The two twin bedrooms are themed as girls Princess Room and a boys Spiderman Room. Both with TV and DVD. All rooms fitted with ceiling fans. New games room fitted out 08

Westridge estate has a lovely safe feel to it. It has resident as well as tourist homes which are well spaced and have lush greenery, the estate being exceptionally well looked after. The estate offers community facilities such as tennis court, basketball and volleyball courts, community pool and children’s play area. For the golfers there is an 18 hole (par 72) championship golf course just one mile away from the estate, plus other numerous clubs near by. Westridge Estate is conveniently located off highway US27 approximately 3 miles south of the 192 and provides quick and easy access to the major routes to the Gulf and Atlantic coasts and is also within easy reach to all the theme parks. Only 15 minutes to Disney World. Approximately 1 mile north on US27 is the local shopping Plaza 'Berry Town Centre' with a Publix supermarket, Applebees restaurant and many other shops, Wal-Mart Superstore is another two miles north on US27.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Cleaning charged for less than 7 days stay
  • A security deposit of $200 is also required and is payable at the time of paying the total holiday balance. The deposit will be refunded in fourteen days of your departure, subject to no damage being caused or items missing. During occupancy you will be expected to assume all reasonable responsibility for the safety and security of the property, and must treat the property its furniture, fixtures, fittings, utensils and other facilities in a manner that on your departure they remain in good condition. Any damage or loss must be reported to the management company as soon as possible.

    The rental period commences at 4pm on the first day and finishes at 10am on the day of departure. (These times can be adjusted with the agreement of the owner)

    The rental charge is inclusive of all electricity, water and local sales taxes. There is an extra weekly charge of $160 for the pool to be heated at your request.

WHAT A GREAT PLACE TO STAY!! WE LOVED IT!!

WHAT A LOVELY HOME. THIS HOUSE WAS LOCATED IN A QUIET DEVELOPMENT ABOUT 10 MINUTED FROM DISNEY. THERE IS A PUBLIX (FOOD STORE) VERY CLOSE BY, A WALMART, AND TONS OF RESTAURANTS WITHIN A 10 MIN DRIVE. THE HOUSE WAS VERY CLEAN WITH A BEAUTIFUL POOL IN THE YARD, WHICH WE HAD HEATED. THE MASTER BEDROOM IS FAR AWAY FROM THE OTHER 3 BEDROOMS, WHICH WE DON'T HAVE AT HOME AND LOVED! THE KITCHEN HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED. THE HOUSE CAME WITH POOL TOWELS AND BATH TOWELS THAT WERE NICE AND FLUFFY. WE LOVED THIS HOUSE! IT WAS GREAT TO SPEND CHRISTMAS IN FLORIDA AND NOT BE IN THE CRAZINESS OF THE HOTEL SCENE. WOULD GO BACK IN A HEARTBEAT!!
