Gorgeous home in Beautiful Venice Island Florida. This home boasts high ceilings and a light and airy feel that will make you want to return year after year. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with a walk in closet and a walk in bathroom with an extra large tub and a separate shower. There are two rooms both with two twin beds and a third room with a queen size bed that overlooks the pool and the outside entertainment area. The home also has a utility room with a washer and dryer. The property is totally fenced in for privacy. The home is less that 10 years old and has recently been renovated with the finest of finishes. A true five star home! Walking distance to beach easements with barbecue and picnic area as well as pier fishing, volleyball, shelling and nearby restaurants and golf. Come and stay here and you will see why we call Venice a true Island Paradise!

Additional information about rental rates

  • A Pet Deposit of $150.00 is required at time of booking.
  • A deposit of $500.00 is required at the time of booking and 25% of the rent due. Deposit will be used towards security and will be refunded 14 days after departure date provided there are no damages. Payment in full is required 45 days prior to arrival date. Any cancellation that occurs 30 days or less before arrival date will forfeit all monies. Renters are advised to obtain travel insurance.

Great place to stay on Venice Island

This is a great spot to stay in Venice. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. There's a big screen T.V. and a comfortable couch, what more could you ask for. The back yard is fenced in and great for dogs. There was a beautiful new pool that we had a small problem with, but Alicia took care of it quickly. It's walking distance to the beach, and a five minute drive to a secluded beach where you can find shark's teeth, a must see.It's also a convenient drive to restaurants and shopping. Venice is such a relaxing place to stay and this house fits in with the relaxed lifestyle. I would recommend this house to anyone who wants to enjoy a beach vacation in a beautiful home. I certainly hope to enjoy it again.
