Very economical and private with a large 500 gallon hot-tub! Come stay in comfort and peaceful tranquility in Emerald Estates. Located just 5 min away by car, taxi or bus from the ski lifts and village. Our cozy 6 bedroom chalet accommodates at least two families or a large group under one roof. More than 50 majestic evergreen trees surround our property, creating a private oasis when in the hot-tub sipping coffee or cocktails. The bus stop is 3 chalets away (there are ski and bike racks on the bus). Our rates are among the lowest per head in Whistler.Our posted rates are flexible. .We recently installed new tile, hardwood floors, carpet, counters, and a roof. We painted int and exterior, bought new furniture, moldings, doors, 2 new hot water tanks etc. There is a rustic, red brick, wood burning fireplace in the center of the living/dining room area. Firewood is provided. There is ample parking at street level. Easy entry/exit after a powder dump.

You will be walking distance from the shores of Green Lake and the Valley Trail as well as other biking and hiking trails. One minute drive to Mckeever's general store, two minutes to Meadow Park Sports Center and gym. 5 min dive or bus ride to the ski lifts and village. Snow clearing is provided. Downstairs we have 1 king bed in the master bedroom,and a single bunk(2 beds)in the laundry room. Upstairs we have a queen bed in the room with a door to the upstairs deck,a queen bunk in the blue room,queen bunk in the room over the hot-tub,and a double bunk in the room over the ski locker.That,s 10 beds total!We'll leave it up to your discretion how to fill the bed space.NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO LOUD LATE PARTIES.

That's 10 beds total!(counting bunks as 2).
