BEGINNING 12/18/08 ALASKA AND HORIZON AIR FLY TO MAMMOTH FROM LAX This home is located in the Private Gray Eagle Complex and offers a full kitchen and dining area. The comfortable living room has a TV, DVD, stereo and gas fireplace. The master bedroom has a king bed with TV & DVD, private bath & Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a queen with TV & DVD and private bath. The third bedroom has two twins, a roll away in the closet, TV & DVD and a bath. All mattresses are pillow top. Linens are of superior quality with high thread count. Maid Service and daily linen change are available as an option. Designer shops, restaurants, and the famous Schaat's Bakery are across the street and walking distance from the Town home. Gray Eagle is one half mile from the new Village at Mammoth with shopping, restaurants and entertainment year round. There is a new Gondola with access to the Canyon Lodge and ski areas. The Red Line Shuttle stops in front of the unit with access to everything

Notes: Wonderful Townhome unit. In a safe community with a two car garage and remote opener. The townhome is across the street from restaurants, designer shops and the world famous Schaats Bakery. A shuttle stop in front of the townhome provides access to the entire town of Mammoth. In the winter, hop on the free shuttle and you are just minutes from the new Village with restaurants, shops and the in town Gondola. The gondola will take you to the ski area or you can stay on the shuttle and get to the main mountain with its main Gondola and lifts. In the summer you can walk everywhere including the new village just a half mile away. However, there is a free summer shuttle as well. Hike, ski or golf and come home to an inviting soak in our jacuzzi.

Snowboard Parks for Enthusiasts and Families. Our Shuttle Stop is right in front of our unit. The Redline shuttle takes you to the New Village in minutes for Gondola Access to Canyon Lodge and Lifts. The Main Mountain is also accessible with more lifts and a Mountain Gondola to the very top of Mammoth. For a change, try our sister June Mountain with terrific skiing and snowboarding just 45 minutes away.

Summer in the Sierras: Mammoth Lakes provide easy access to hiking trails, lakes, fishing, boating, and biking. There are fishing schools and guides to some of the finest stream and lake fishing in the Sierras. Horseback trips, pack trips, and overnight camping trips can be arranged with local guides and pack stations. The Main Lodge at Mammoth has a Mountain Bike Park and Gondola access to the mountain. There is a climbing school, zip line, and access to the back country with scheduled bus and hiking guides. Like others have said, great location, lots of kitchen utensils, private hot tub, good beds, nice bathrooms, big 2 car indoor garage, walk to village and very responsive owners. All good here. Highly recommended!

It was very clean, our bed was extremely comfy, there were lots of good cooking utensils. I’d loved that the Jacuzzi is on the balcony and that it is walking distance to the village. – Marti G.



The townhome was perfect...great location with great amenities! The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and necessary spices. The Jacuzzi on the deck was a HUGE plus and I love that it's walking distance to the gondola and didn't have to drive around. I loved everything about it...very comfortable, inviting, and would definitely stay there again :-) THANK YOU!! ~Eo & Maryann
