Bush House layout:
Bush House has five bedrooms. We rent the whole house but base the rate on nights/ number of bedrooms used. Minimum reservation is 2 bedrooms / two nights. Three main floor bedrooms have queen size beds and sleep two adults each. Both full size bathrooms are on main floor. Upstairs, one bedroom has a queen size and a twin bed sleeping for three adults. The other bedroom upstairs has two twin beds sleeping two adults. All bedrooms are generous in size and 3 have fireplaces. All bedrooms are air conditioned.

Outside Bush House:
Step outside the kitchen - dining room and find a large, two level deck under a grand maple tree. Comfortable seating is available. Listen quietly and you hear the living countryside, beginning with birds and cattle and perhaps a far away tractor grumbling through a ploughed field. The owners live behind Bush House providing an additional 40 acres of hiking trails and birds. You may have a chance to touch a growing tabacco plant or two. Bush House offers an experience opportunity. Gather with family or friends - a change from busy daily activity interruptions. Bring a book or two, or paints or ideas you need to put onto paper Bring a laptop and use the wireless DSL connection. There is local golf and dining available. Nearby there are historic places to visit.
Getting in and out:
Bush House has location! Its easy to get to (between I-64 and I-75). Its a short drive to Lexington, horse country and the Kentucky Horse Park. UK and EKU football and basketball are nearby. The area is served by Blue Grass airpost, located across from the Keeneland Racetrack. Cincinnati or Louisville are 1.5 hours away. Located 4 miles shouth of Winchester and four miles north of the Kentucky River. Golf:
Winchester is blessed with nearby golf courses. Winchester Country Club is an 18 hole course with irrigated fairways, nice grounds, and a nice restaurant. Please call or email and alert us to make arrangements. Cassell Creek course and Southwind Golf Course are public courses and may be called directly.
