This luxury four bedroom, two bath vacation home,with lovely views to the rear and no neighbours, offers spacious accommodation over 2000 square feet. With a private and quiet deck area, the screened pool offers views onto a wooded conservation area. A large, comfortable family room has access directly to the deck and pool. Formal dining room provides an elegant setting for that special meal or for entertaining. Fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances you may need. Laundry room with washer and separate dryer leading to double garage. Offering many special features, this home has the benefit of electric heating that should keep the pool at a comfortable temperature for most of the year. Four bedrooms, sleeping eight comfortably - king master suite, with patio doors providing access to deck and pool, walk in closet, safe, large en-suite bathroom (tub, separate toilet, large shower and twin sinks). We rented this home the week of August 16, 2009 and couldn't have been happier. The rate was excellent. The house was in a great location, just far enough away from the crowds but close enough to the Disney parks. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. The home was very clean and the pool was great. We would definately love to come back again.

Wonderful Villa in a GREAT Neighborhood

Wonderful home.
We had everything we needed, in a beautiful neighborhood that we walked every morning and evening. The golf course was awesome, as were the tennis courts that were practically in our back yard. Our next Florida trip we will deffinately stay in this home! It was clean and had all of the amenidies of home, dog friendly and great for kids. The owner and mang. company quickly answered any questions we had.The location was excellent for shopping and all of the theme parks. The pool was nice to come back to at the end of a long hot Florida day. Thank-You so Much for sharing your home with us!

Great rental

We just returned from our Florida vacation and this was about the best trip so far. The house is even nicer than what can be seen in the pictures. The owner and management company were very accommodating. If you are considering a rental, look no further. The drive to the Disney theme parks is a breeze with no delays.The house is very clean and I would positively recommend staying there. The neighborhood is very quiet as well.

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. We stayed there in May 2009. The villa was clean and ready to go when we arrived. The owner and management company were excellent to deal with. Having never booked a trip on-line, it was very easy and we were very satisfied. Would highly recommend this villa.

We enjoyed a month's stay at this villa. The accommodations were exceptional: beautifully furnished, well equipped and pet friendly. The location was great. The parks, malls, Walgreens,Wal Mart and Publix were just minutes away. Tennis, playground equipment and golf were steps from our door. The heated pool was a special treat.The management staff went above and beyond to assure a wonderful vacation. We had such a great experience that we have already placed a deposit for next year!
