We are located on North Venice Beach, just 2 miles South of Santa Monica. Come enjoy the beach, the colorful Venice Boardwalk, the Santa Monica Pier and Third Street Promenade. Plenty of shopping and fine dining available on trendy Main Street, only 2 blocks away. Rent a boat in beautiful Marina del Rey which is only 2 miles to the South. Or....as our first guest to stay in the Penthouse put it best; 'I thought that my destination was Los Angeles and Venice, but it turned out that my destination was this beautiful place!' I agree wholeheartedly! It is quite amazing to sit on the porch at night and hear the waves crash, and to feel peaceful.

Top quality relaxing stay in Venice!

This was the perfect place for 5 adults to stay in Venice. The property was very clean and maintained to a high standard. The furnishings and bed linen were stylish but comfortable and made for a fantastic place to relax, unwind and enjoy all the pleasures of Venice and the surrounding area.
The kitchen and bathroom are very spacious - the shower was voted in the top 5 ever by one of the guests!
Our hosts were great, they were eager to help with anything that would make our stay better. They were fantastic to us, but are in the apartment right next door, so bear this in mind if you want more privacy.
I would definitely recommend this property to a group or a family. The layout of the apartment was shown on the ad which is good because you have to walk through the bedrooms to get to the bathroom and kitchen, so not ideal for couples or people wanting complete privacy.
Great location - almost on the beach! Close to Main St and Abbot Kinney for shopping, food and bars.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children
