This beautiful Vista Waikoloa Condo has two bedrooms with two bathrooms with a partial ocean view of the Pacific Ocean. It features a king size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. All the beddings and matresses are new to ensure a good nights rest. All linens are provided including beach towels. The living room has a television with DVD and stereo/cassette/CD system. The master bedroom also has a television. The dining table seats six. The upgraded full size kitchen has a side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water dispensers, microwave, oven, stove, and dishwasher. Dishes, utensils, cookware, and small appliances are provided. The stack washer and dryer are located in the hallway closet. The condo is carpeted throughout with tile in the bathrooms. It has central air conditioning with ceiling fans in the living room and master bedroom.

The Waikoloa Beach Resort is also home to the Beach Golf Course and King's Golf Course, and Kings Shopping Center for restaurants and shopping. The Vista Waikoloa complex has a large heated swimming pool with two spas. There are propane BBQ grills at the pavilion with picnic tables. A well-equipped exercise room is available to guests as well. There is an office area with high speed wireless internet access. There is also a computer there with internet access for your use.

  • Check, Money Order, and Cashiers Check are accepted for the Security Deposit. MasterCard and Visa are also accepted for the rental amount. The full rental payment is due 30 days before your arrival.
    The $250 security deposit is due within 10 days of your confirm reservation. It is refunded within 10 days of your departure if there are no damages. Credit cards are not accepted for the Security Deposit.
    The deposit is lost if the cancellation is received before the rent is paid. If the cancellation occurs after the rent is paid, the rent is only refunded if the condo can be re-booked.
