Third floor condo conveniently located across from the beach. Screened porch with southwest exposure. Large living room, master bedroom with king size bed , second bedroom with 2 twin beds. Master bedroom has vanity area and private shower. Second bathroom adjacent to twin bedroom. Washer and dryer. Well equipped kitchen with a pass through counter to adjacent dining area. Entertainment center with TV and portable DVD. Additional TV located in master bedroom. Roomy closet area in both bedrooms. Enjoy all of the amenities available at French Village to include a large private pool, putting green, shuffle board court and barbecue grill. French Village is also noted for its impeccable grounds. Additionally, the condo building has been completely refurbished to include hurricane impact resistant windows and doors.
