Traditional Umbrian farmhouse with modern comfort: The house, accessed through a long cypress-lined driveway, is framed on two sides by a very spacious veranda. Downstairs is a large living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. With another two ample bedrooms upstairs, each with an en-suite modern bathroom, the property comfortably accommodates up to six guests. Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher; living/dining room with fireplace, TV/DVD player/VCR and access to the veranda and garden; utility area with washing machine; bedroom with en-suite bathroom (two single beds). First Floor: two bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom (one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with two single beds), large balcony.

Enjoy the Italian climate and hospitality: The house's 12-by-six meter pool, surrounded by terracotta tiles, is positioned to take maximum advantage of the fine views and exquisite panorama. Directly behind the house are woods with extensive walking trails. With the nearest shopping and restaurants just four kilometers away, the property offers absolute privacy, while providing very easy access to the region’s famous wineries and gastronomical delights, as well as Umbria’s most picturesque towns and villages. Indeed, Perugia, Spello, Assisi, Bevagna, Montefalco, Gubbio, Todi, Deruta, Orvieto are each within a 1 hour drive. These towns are wonderful examples of Italy's cultural patrimony while giving you the opportunity to enjoy Umbrian gastronomy and hospitality! Furthermore, there are a large number of vineyards in the area where visitors are welcome to taste and buy wine: e.g. in Collesecco there is “Colpetrone”, in Torgiano there is “Lungarotti”, in Montefalco you can find “Antonelli”, to name a few.
