Beverly Hills holiday

August 2009 - My husband and 2 grown up children really enjoyed our 2 weeks' vacation in LA staying in this lovely home. This property has a lot going for it. It is spacious, simply but tastefully furnished, clean and very well-maintained. A few of the standouts were the kitchen, which was excellently equipped and meant we could self-cater when we wanted to in style - with the added bonus of having the outdoor gas grill in the backyard. The air-conditioning, internet, and all the other services were excellent. We very much enjoyed the small backyard with its table tennis and comfortable covered seating area, bougainvilleas, and regular visits from Anna’s Hummingbirds.
It’s in a good neighborhood with a Ralph’s supermarket, great bakery and delicatessen all in easy reach. As critical for the vacationer, it has great position from which to explore LA. The East/West Interstate 10 is only a few minutes, meaning the beach at Santa Monica, Venice and other beaches are a short drive. While the Interstate 405 is about 10 minutes away, making LAX very accessible and easy access North/South.
The owner was very kind and helpful - we will definitely rent his property again for our next visit.

My husband, three children, and I absolutely LOVED the five glorious days in Beverly Hills, staying in your gorgeous home. The beautiful kitchen, bathrooms, enclosed back-side terrace, outdoor grill, furnishings, amenities, three flat-screen TVs, visits to the Beverly Hills Country Club, and ideal location (amongst other lovely homes), all made for an absolutely dreamy vacation. Thank you, Dr! I cannot wait until we return to your stunning property; hopefully soon! Merry Christmas! Happy 2009!

This two-bedroom home makes a perfect base fro which to explore LA on foot or public transportation. Just a few blocks from Beverly Hills, walking distance to grocery, bakery, restaurants and transit stops. Beautifully decorated with a nice outdoor patio, in a quiet neighborhood. We did not take advantage of the use of the Beverly Hills Country Club, which is available to guests of the property, but if we had another day or two, we would certainly have checked it out. Very good value!
