Ideal for family vacation or a great weekend getaway in the northern coast of Puerto Rico. Fully furnished, fully equipped kitchen, laundry area, dining and living area. Sleeps 6-7. For rent short or long term. Ocean front apartment and in front of the pool, and kids playground. Fully equipped, ready for you to move in. Located only 20 minutes from San Juan Luis Munoz Marin International Airport, accessible through a scenic route along the ocean line or the roadway in the historic town of Loiza (Route 66). Away from the noise and traffic of the city but within minutes of Belz Factory Outlet mall, golf courses, restaurants and world famous tourist attractions such as the Yunque Rain Forest. Minutes away from the town Fajardo and ferries to the islands of Culebra and Vieques.

Loíza is known as 'El Pueblo de la Cacica'. Loíza was proclaimed a town officially in 1692 and named in honor of Yuisa or Luisa, one of the women caciques on the island when the Spanish conquerors arrived. Settled by Nigerian slaves of the Yoruba tribe in the 16th century, Loíza is a center for African-inspired traditions, retaining one of the highest percentages of African descendants of all island towns. Among those traditions Loíza celebrates the 'Fiestas Patronales' where salsa dancing, masquerades, colorful parades and rich Puerto Rican food make this festival a classic. The nine days of this carnival pay homage to Loízas patron saint, St. James. Loíza is a great place to sample the Puerto Rican variety of Afro-Caribbean cuisine. Its San Patricio Church (begun in 1645) is the oldest on the island still active as a parish church. Loíza is located in the northeastern coast, north of Canóvanas; east of Carolina; and west of Río Grande. The surrounding areas produces sugarcane.

1st REAL family vacation!

The villa was great...close enough to get where we wanted to go. The owner was awesome. She met us at the rental car place and drove us all the way there. There we had everything we needed, linens, towels, pots and pans, beachchairs, floaties for the kids. The view of the beach and mountains from our balcony was nice. The only issue we had was ants in the master bath and she came right away to fix that. The place is super comfortable...clean...overall just great. We had a great time and I would definately recommend this villa.

For my first stay in Puerto Rico myself, my boyfriend, my sis, cousin, a friend stayed here....the resort is nice, the unit itself is beautiful and Victoria was a pleasure to work with.

this apt was just as it looks ,neat clean .the owner was very nice and helpful with the directions.the apt is not showing the back balconie is beautifull.what we love the most was the dinnerware ,the toiletries .friendly people.i will recomended,and definely go back .thank you victoria .

Excellent week in a very clean and roomy villa. As described with all the necessary stuff to live in it. We liked it so much that we'd go back to this unit in a heartbeat. Secluded location, very quiet at night with great views in the day. We loved it. The owner was very nice and accomodating. A+++
