Available by the week or nightly! Mountain Watch is one of the best locations on the mountain - right out our door is the Villager Lift and the Stratton Village. Nightly rental requires a 2 night minimum. Our condo is decorated with Vermont slate and pergo floors, oriental rugs, Jacuzzi tub, and recently remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. Our most recent additions include brand new bedding (Montana lodge pole pine), living room furniture, cookware and place settings. Your time spent in the property will be memorable with our 42” flat screen HDTV, DVD, VCR, high fidelity stereo, PlayStation 2, and hi-speed Internet access (with laser printer). Come enjoy our wood burning fireplace and two outside decks for fresh mountain air. Price is all-inclusive to provide slope side gated parking, your own ski locker, utilities and firewood. Cleaning is extra at $100 per stay.

Mountain Watch is one of the most sought after locations in Stratton due to its proximity to the lifts and to the village. Park your car in the gated lot right outside the building and there's no need to use it until you leave. Stratton Mountain is Southern Vermont's highest peak with excellent customer service and amenities. Great restaurants and shops are less than 100 yards from our front door.

This was our first visit to Stratton Mountain and second visit to the USA. Although not skiers we found this an ideal location for touring the beautiful surrounding areas. The views, colours and the landscape were absolutely outstanding.
Our biggest thanks go to Connie and Steve who were most helpful in all sorts of ways, i.e. payments, directions, lots of info. about local attractions and amenities.
The apartment was absolutely fantastic, very clean and modern with lots of added extras.

We Love Stratton

This was our 6th year staying at Stratton Mountain, and I would highly recommend this unit. It is an ideal location, being so close to the village and one of the chair lifts. Not only is this unit beautifully decorated, but it has everything you could need from lots of bath towels to a kitchen fully equipped to prepare a gourmet meal. Connie was extremely helpful in getting us set up, and we were made to feel very welcome.

Returned for a second season to this lovely condo. The true ski-in, ski out unit is immaculate. The owners are charming and helpful and have clearly thought through everything skiiers want and need. We love returning midday to prepare lunch in the exceptionally well-equipped kitchen and spending evenings relaxing in front of the wood-burning fireplace. This trip, we never used our car at all! In all our years of Vermont ski vacations - in resorts such as Stowe, Sugarbush, Okemo, and Killington - this has been the nicest place we've stayed.

Perfect Ski-in Ski-out Condo!

This was our first time at Stratton Mountain and we could not have been luckier to find this condo rental. It was in a great location - short walk to the lift and village. The unit was very clean, beautifully decorated and we felt right at home. It had everything we needed. We didn't move our vehicle once it was parked for 4 days! The owner was very accomodating, always available for any questions and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this property and will definitely be returning to Stratton again.
