Clearwater Beach holiday condo

This is the second time that we have stayed in this condo building....we were there last August for a week and loved Clearwater Beach so much we returned this year for two weeks. There were six in our party, myself and my wife, 18 year old daughter and her 18 year old boyfriend plus our two sons 15 and 8. This condo suited our needs perfectly, there is loads of room for everybody so everyone has their own space and everything is so clean and comfortable and exactly as described. The beach IS across a couple of roads but so what, it's only a few minutes walk. We had a great holiday and there is so much to do....we ate out at Frenchy's, Britts, TGI's, Outback, Island Way Grill etc, went to Busch Gardens and the water park next door, went shopping at International Mall near Tampa airport (twice!), went on Little Toot (dolphins and an amazing sunset), spent time on the beach, did Pier 60 at sunset, went boat fishing and still found time to chill out round the pool. The boys were pleasantly surprised to find 3 fishing rods in the pool cupboard in addition to pool toys, coolers etc. The booking process was very straightforward and communication from Judy was always prompt and concise. All in all a great holiday and fantastic accomodation - so much better than cramped hotel rooms. Would definetly recommend this condo and we will rent it again in the future.

We would definitely recommend this property for vacationing in Clearwater Beach. It was a short walk to the beach and located a short walking distance to many restaurants, beach walk, and pier. Property was very spacious for 6 guests and the sunsets were amazing from the huge wrap around balcony. Property was very well maintained. Pool and hot tub were nice and very private as most days we were the only ones using them. The owners provided all the amenites that you don't want to pack when traveling by airplane such as beach chairs, cart, coolers, childrens toys, boogie boards, etc. We will be sure to rent again when vacationing at Clearwater beach.

the condo is beautiful, well equipped and nicely located in clearwater beach. However, it is definitely further from the beach that stated. you cross over 3 streets to get there--okay if you not carrying chairs,bags,coolers etc.,which we were--but i would definitely stay there again.Gorgeous!! Also the bedroom that is advertised as queen is definitely only a full size bed. Our family consisted of 8 adults. You were able to walk to bars and some restaurants as well.
