This former Carriage House is located in the heart of Ocean Point. Near the shore, tennis courts, children's playground, and just a short walk to Grimes Cove Beach. It features a modern kitchen, dining room, living room, full bath and 1 bedroom on the first floor, and also a bonus screened room. The second floor is all Maine cottage charm with a deck, and peek of the ocean and outer islands. It is a perfect spot to sit, relax and enjoy the cool ocean breeze and views. The 2nd floor also has a large bedroom, breakfast nook, and a bath with claw-foot tub. The 3rd floor has two more charming bedrooms. This roomy and comfortable cottage is perfect for your family reunion.
