Great house and perfect location

We recently came back from a one week vacation on this location. We were six adults staying mainly for golfing in the Fort Lauderdale area.
The house is great, well-maintained, very clean, fully loaded with pool, BBQ, washer/dryer, AC, tv in every room.
Location is also excellent, very nice neighborhood, 5 min walk to the beach, grocery and restaurants close by.
I can highly recommend this location and would not hesitate to come again.
