Tangerine Villa is a stylish Floridian Home which is luxuriously equipped to the highest standards. This spacious, single-story home of four to five bedrooms with three bathrooms offers accommodation for up to ten people plus baby. The villa is fully air conditioned and has its own swimming pool. Located on a new development on US 27 this beautiful villa is perfectly situated for easy access to all the major Orlando attractions yet offers a peaceful haven for relaxation after a busy day at the theme parks. Your Vacation Home is luxuriously furnished and fully air conditioned for your comfort. It is fully equipped to cater for the most discerning families. Facilities include four televisions and two video recorders. All bed linen, towels, etc are supplied for your own use during your holiday, but we do, however, request that you take your own towels to the water parks and beaches. A cot with linen and a high chair are also provided.

The villa has its own private screened pool complete with a large sun deck for the 'sun worshipers' and a covered porch area with ceiling fans for those with more sensitive skin. An exterior table is provided enabling you to eat 'al-fresco'. Patio furniture consists of four chairs, six reclining chairs and six ottomans.

For the more energetic, all only a few minutes' walk away, the development has its own recreation area comprising of a large swimming pool and cabana, tennis courts and children's play area.

This was a great experience. Rent this house.

There were 9 of us, 6 adults, 3 kids. About 20 min from all the big parks.

We are also triathletes and did a lot of cycling in addition to 8 theme or water park visits over 2 week stay.

The best rides are north of the City of Clermont. The ride up was on busy roads but was okay with a bike lane, or a couple of times, we put bikes in the van, and rode further north.

Great riding for experienced riders.

Backyard is quite private and was relaxing.

House is very nice, and owners are very responsive to all your questions. I did everything on line, no problems.

All of us would recommend this experience and this house without hesitation.

Very easy, very comfortable. Enjoy !
