All the resort amenities with the resort prices! Our top floor (3rd floor) unit provides fabulous views of Buck Island and the city of Christiansted. Kitchen & living room patio doors face east letting the trade wind breezes flow through. An 8' x 26' covered, private balcony extends your outdoor relaxing. Smuggler's Cove is within 150 ft . Breezes restaurant is within walking distance down the beach. Snorkeling in a protected reef bay & swimming pool are available. Club St. Croix is a short distance away & is affiliated with Colony Cove. St. Croix is a relaxing, slower paced island. St. Thomas and St. John both have cruise ships & can be visited either by ferry or seaplane. There is desert-like terrain, rain forest & the Wall at Cane Bay which has some of the best snorkeling & shore diving in the world. Entire unit has fresh paint and new mattress's.Twin beds can be converted to a king upon request .Great for two couples .

Exactly what we wanted!

I found this property in April 2008 and vacationed there 6-13 December 2008. This vacation was for my mom, my 4 year old daughter, and myself. The owners were excellent, always responding either by email or phone to any questions I had. They also provided some tips about local shopping, beaches, and eating out.
The property was well maintained, grounds were clean. There was air conditioning in the bedrooms but we only used it 2 of the 7 nights. The winds come through the windows nicely so we prefered that to air. Spacious balcony with great view. We cooked breakfast and dinner in the condo and were out and about for lunch.
We pretty much loved the place! My daughter asked if her family could come down so she could stay. I like visiting new places as opposed to going back to the same spots but I wouldn't rule out going back to St Croix and renting this condo again!

My husband ,myself and our 23 year old son just spent a week at Colony Cove and were very pleased with the condo. The owners impressed us with wonderful customer service, the unit was very clean and the property was very well maintained and we felt very safe.We would recommend this property to anyone wanting peace and quiet. St.Croix was beautiful but not a place for a person looking for many activities. Our only complaint was air conditioning is only in the bedrooms. The living room and kitchen were hard to get comfortable. (We were there in Aug. and Very Hot and Humid time of year). But at least we could sleep in comfort.
Overall Very Happy with stay.
